    Join the PFA and our Punahou Chaplains for a unique Monthly Gathering and Teacher Talk. Experience the same inspiring opening chapel that launches the year for our students, faculty and staff. You’ll learn about this year’s School and Chapel theme: Pupukahi i Holomua: Better Together.

    For Punahou students in kindergarten – grade 6 who have spirit and want to cheer! Learn cheers and jumps, play fun games and learn from the Punahou cheerleaders.

    Grades 9 – 12 Back-to-School Night

    Please arrive early if possible and allow ample time for parking and navigating campus. Traffic aides, Punahou Security and law enforcement will be on site to help direct traffic and assist with parking.
     
    Additional parking will be available at the Lutheran Church of Honolulu, 1819 Poki Street, please plan to pick up your vehicle by 9:15 p.m.
     
    Parking will also be available at Maryknoll School’s High School campus, 1402 Punahou Street.

    Grade 8 Back-to-School Night

    Back-to-School Night is an opportunity for parents and guardians to meet their child’s teachers and learn more about their curriculum.

    There will be an Open House from 5 – 5:45 p.m. of the Junior School Learning Commons, Design Technology Lab, Culinary Art, Woodcraft, Art and Health classrooms. Please feel free to visit these spaces and connect with teachers before the formally scheduled program begins at Case Middle School at 6 p.m.

    Please note that this is an adult-only event.

    Volunteer: ACT/SAT Testing Support

    Punahou School will be hosting students for ACT/SAT testing on select Saturday mornings.  Volunteer to help our students navigate their test day by assisting with directions to and from test sites, controlling traffic and monitoring campus, plus staffing registration and help desks.

  • Punahou Music Faculty Recital

    Dillingham Hall

    Celebrate the joy of music with an incredible afternoon of live performances presented by over 30 talented music artist-educators and staff members as well as alumni from the Music School and Music Department. Free and open to all!
     
    Enjoy the eclectic program featuring classical, contemporary, bluegrass, jazz and Hawaiian music. Highlights include everything from solos to instrumental duos, a six-hand piano trio, string trio, shakuhachi and piano trio, and a vocal ensemble.

    If you are interested in applying for financial aid for next school year, please visit the Financial Aid tile in myPunahou for additional information and download the financial aid checklist.
  • Volunteer: Card Making Workshop

    Join this casual, hands-on workshop hosted by the PFA Recognition Committee, where we’ll be making birthday cards for our Junior School students. Lend a hand with simple cutting and folding tasks while connecting with other parents. No experience needed – parents of all grade levels are welcome!
