Strategic Priorities

Punahou School’s mission is lived out in countless ways each day through the learning, teaching, and community life on our campus. While this work is broad and multifaceted, each year the School identifies a set of strategic priorities that represent areas requiring particular focus and attention.

These priorities are not meant to capture everything we do. Rather, they highlight where we believe concentrated effort in the year ahead will most benefit our students, faculty, and community. They are iterative and evolving: as progress is made in one area, new priorities will emerge, ensuring that our focus continues to align with the needs of our time and the values of Punahou.
