Since its founding in 1841, Punahou School has educated students to become the next generation of leaders and innovators. Learn about our rich history, visionary leadership and guiding principles.
For New and Current Punahou Families: As we approach the start of the new school year, we require that you complete all outstanding items in your child’s Magnus Health Student Medical Record no later than July 1, 2023.
Punahou School’s Magnus Health Student Medical Record portal may be accessed through the Magnus Health tile on your parent resource board in myPunahou. Please refer to the Grade-Level Checklists for your child(ren)’s grade-specific health requirements located on the Student Health Checklists tile in myPunahou for quick reference.
Punahou School follows the State of Hawai‘i mandate that certain health requirements be met in order for your child(ren) to attend classes, participate in experiential and physical education, interscholastic and intramural athletics, and other school activities, such as field trips or travel. This critical information helps us understand the health care needs of our students so that we will be prepared to offer support as soon as the school year activities begin; ensuring we are able to treat your child in an emergency, provide medications if necessary, be aware of any allergies, and more.
We appreciate you prioritizing this time-sensitive task to minimize any delay in the start of the school year for your child(ren). Should you have any difficulty completing these requirements or additional questions, please contact the Health Center at 808.944.5776 or healthcenter@punahou.edu.
