Tom Gammarino

Tom Gammarino joined Punahou’s Academy English faculty in 2010. He is the author of the novels King of the Worlds (Chin Music Press, 2016) and Big in Japan (Chin Music Press, 2009), and the novella Jellyfish Dreams (Amazon Kindle Single, 2012). 
His shorter works have appeared in numerous publications, including American Short Fiction, New York Review of Science Fiction, The Tahoma Literary Review, Bamboo Ridge, Hawai'i Pacific Review, and The Hawai'i Review, among others.  He has received a Fulbright fellowship in creative writing and the Elliot Cades Award for Literature, Hawai'i's highest literary honor. He is currently working on a novel about politics and climate change.
