As we reflect on the 2025 – 2026 school year, we feel a profound sense of gratitude for the extraordinary generosity of our donor community. Together, we reached an important milestone, successfully meeting our fundraising goal for the new Mary Kawena Pukui Learning Commons. Now open at the heart of campus, this reimagined facility is a welcoming hub for the entire School community, honoring Punahou’s history while inviting new possibilities for collaboration, discovery and innovation.
Beyond this transformative project, your support provides our faculty and staff with the vital resources necessary to deliver an exceptional education and foster authentic and meaningful learning experiences for our students. From classrooms and art studios to design labs and athletic facilities, our students benefit from unmatched opportunities to learn, grow and pursue their interests. Thanks to our generous donors, we were also able to award $10.8 million in financial aid to 880 deserving students, representing over 23% of our total enrollment.
Among the greatest sources of joy each year is seeing our graduates embark on their next chapters. This year, we welcomed 424 members of the Class of 2026 into our alumni community, as we celebrated the centennial of Punahou’s Alumni Lū'au. Thanks to your steadfast support, our newest alumni leave Punahou prepared to carry their learning, relationships and sense of purpose into the world beyond our campus.
We hope you take great pride in our School and our students, knowing that the impact of your generosity will endure for many years to come.
