Supporting Dreams

Punahou’s alumni ‘ohana is an incredible network that makes the dreams of future generations possible. In fiscal year 2025, our alumni rallied together to contribute more than $9.2 million, making a significant difference for current and future children of Ka Punahou. Many of these alumni gifts were received in honor of the Reunion Classes ending in 0 or 5, who enjoyed a meaningful week of Reunion celebrations in June.

Along with hosting many memorable events, the Class of 1975 united to pay it forward with an amazing 50th Reunion Class Gift of more than $2.1M, raised through gifts from more than 36% of the class members. “Our class was thrilled to collaborate and work together in honor of our 50th,” shared Reunion Gift Chair Kitty Sullivan ’75 Wo. “The joy of being together, and the meaningful experiences we shared during Alumni Week deepened our appreciation for one another and inspired generous support. Many classmates expressed how grateful they were – not only for the education that helped shape us, but also for the opportunity to reflect on all that Punahou gave us – and help ensure that future generations can experience the same strong foundation for learning, friendship, and lifelong purpose.”

Fellow Reunion Chair Heaton Wrenn ’75 added, “We’ve spent more than 50 years building lasting relationships, and supporting Punahou through giving is our way of helping the school continue its mission of providing a strong educational foundation for tomorrow’s leaders.”
