Aid is awarded by the Financial Aid Committee and is granted to students who have a demonstrated financial need. Aid is granted for a period of one year, based on current information; changes in a family's situation may change the amount awarded from year to year.
Affording a Punahou Education
Financial assistance is available to both new and continuing students who are U.S. citizens. International students may apply for aid, however, there are limited funds for this purpose.
The Financial Aid Committee reserves the right to provide aid as it sees fit within the existing resources after all applications are reviewed.

How to Apply
The Punahou School Financial Aid application is now available.

Step 1: Download the Financial Aid Packet
The application packet includes the Punahou Financial Aid Application, Student Information sheet, applicant checklist, important dates, FAQs, policies and instructions for completing the application process.
Step 2: Complete the Parents' Financial Statement Through SSS
Punahou School uses School and Student Services (SSS) to help determine eligibility. The Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) is available online at solutionsbysss.com/parents. Families must submit the completed PFS by February 15, 2021.
Step 3: Complete the Punahou School Financial Aid Application
Follow the instructions in the Financial Aid Application Packet. You may either upload your documents to SSS, mail them in, or walk them in by February 15, 2021 to the Punahou School Financial Aid Office.
