Capstone: Alaska

With help from Alaskan teachers, students learned how to skin a goose, cut up whale meat, and make fried donuts!

“Although this process was something totally new, I was very proud that I actually tried it and felt like I gained a new sense of confidence and strength within myself to try new things. I learned that it really is important to have an open-minded attitude to try new things because it can take you a long way,” Stephany '18 wrote.
