Today, the group was able to help renovate the Sitka Fine Arts Camp by painting one of the principal buildings. “Whitmore Hall is a two-story building built in the 1910s,” recounted Nicholas Totora ’16. “There are living spaces, and workspaces in the building, so a few of the residents came out to help us scrape the paint.”

“I appreciate how much effort it takes to do housework,” Nicholas said. “I’m ready to wash off all of the paint that ended up on me, and start a new day of painting and renovating tomorrow.”
