How do I update my contact information?
One way is to log in to the Alumni Gateway and update your profile online. You may also contact the Office of Alumni Relations by phone or email.
How do I receive the alumni e-newsletter?
If you have a valid email address listed in your Alumni Gateway profile, you should receive "The Spring" alumni e-newsletter automatically. If your email is current, but you still do not receive The Spring, you might be opted out. Check your profile subscriptions to see if you have checked the box to NOT receieve emails from Punahou. Do I receive special consideration when applying my child to Punahou?
Yes. Special consideration is given to qualified candidates who are: children of alumni, faculty or staff or of Hawaiian descent; descendants of Punahou's missionary founders; or siblings of enrolled students. Admission, however, is not automatic for applicants in those categories.
Am I allowed to use the Punahou seal, winged "O" or hala tree image?
The Punahou seal, winged "O" and illustrated hala tree image are all registered marks of the school, and may not be used by any individual or organization without the approval of the school for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, social media profiles, websites, clothing and other products, letterhead and promotional materials.
Alumni may request approval to use these marks for things, such as reunion-related items. To request approval to use these marks, contact:
