Tote bag T-shirts. Plastic bottle artwork. Cereal box envelopes. Everything has a purpose, or re-purpose, as was proven at the 4th Annual Sustainability Fair on Friday, April 9, 2010.
More than 50 booths, manned by students, faculty and staff, and invited community vendors, all shared their sustainability efforts in energy, food and health, transportation, waste and water. From a mini farmers market to recycling stations to healthy food tastings, the campus-wide fair is a culmination of Punahou's ongoing efforts to bring awareness to living sustainably.
