Ku‘u Punahou: Fall Update

With a goal of $175 million, Ku‘u Punahou is the first comprehensive campaign undertaken in the School’s history to simultaneously support growth in three areas: People, Place and Purpose. To coincide with the planned retirement of President Jim Scott ’70, the campaign’s projected target date for completion has been moved up one year from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2019. Please join us in accomplishing our campaign priorities and realizing the promise of Punahou.

Your support is transforming every facet of Punahou School, from pedagogy to the physical environment, and is expanding the School’s ability to develop students who can realize their full potential and address issues confronting their community and the world. Campaign goals by priority:

  • Art of Teaching: Supporting faculty growth and professional renewal
  • A Diverse Learning Community: Supporting student financial aid Reimagining
  • Learning Environments: Supporting the Sidney and Minnie Kosasa Community for Grades 2 – 5, including the Junior School Learning Commons.
  • Inspiring Purpose: Supporting educational programs that serve a broader public purpose Sustaining the Promise of Punahou Unrestricted giving through the Punahou Fund
