Punahou Cheerleading Clinic (September)
The Punahou Cheerleaders offer a clinic for students in grades 2 - 6 who have spirit and want to cheer. After the clinic, participants perform at a home football game.
Punahou Cross Country Invitational (October)
The Punahou Cross-Country Invitational draws runners from across Hawai‘i to the school campus. Begun in 1956, the Invitational currently draws about 800 runners from more than 30 schools.
Punahou Invitational Girls Wrestling Tournament (December)
Begun in 2010, this wrestling tournament hosts high school wrestlers from public and private schools across the state, and features two-tiers of competition based on experience. Also known as the Pa'ani Challenge, the tournament's mission is to raise awareness of girls wrestling and to increase opportunities for competition.
Punahou Boys Basketball Invitational (December)
This basketball invitational, a long-standing tradition at Punahou, features a lineup of ILH and OIA teams from schools across the state, with visiting teams from the continental U.S and other countries. The annual, three-day event is hosted at Hemmeter Fieldhouse.
Clash of the Titans (April)
This annual tournament serves as a competitive boys volleyball showcase for powerhouse teams from Hawai‘i and California. The two-day tournament matches Punahou and the Hawai‘i Division II champion against two top-ranked California teams, and is recognized as one of the premier tournaments in the country by ESPN Rise.
Punahou Relays (April)
Founded in 1946, the Punahou Relays is the longest-running track prep event in Hawai‘i. Each year, the meet brings together high-school athletes from across the state for two days of competition and fun.
Punahou Football Clinic (July)
Punahou’s annual Football Clinic kicks off on Alexander Field. The clinic for students entering grades 2 – 8 offers training for all positions under the direction of Punahou’s varsity coaches and with assistance from members of the varsity team. No prior experience is necessary.
