G-Term Experience

In January 2017, Punahou offers its first G-Term experience, a required 3-day opportunity for all Academy students. Students each sign up for one course or experience, which will be ungraded, but will be assessed and become part of their academic record.

G-Term provides students and faculty with an alternative learning experience to explore and strive for deeper learning in a particular area. The diversity of experiences is broad, including classes on-campus, around the island of O‘ahu and a select number of travel experiences.
